Delivery and Payment 

You can arrange delivery in several ways — even with certain restrictions, we guarantee careful transportation and the fastest possible terms.

Please note that all orders on our website require full prepayment.

Delivery

Delivery within Russia

Free delivery for all orders is carried out through the transport company CDEK in two ways:

Pickup from the pickup point (PVP) – after placing an order, you will receive a tracking number to track on the CDEK website. As soon as the order arrives at the selected branch, you will receive an SMS notification. Storage period – 7 days.

Courier delivery – the courier will contact you to clarify the date and time of delivery. Delivery is carried out on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.

Delivery times depend on the region and range from 2 to 7 working days. Exact terms can be calculated on the CDEK website before placing an order.

International Delivery

For sending orders to other countries, we use the EMS service. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination country. Detailed information can be found on the website. 

Payment

You can pay for the order only on the website using one of the methods:

By bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Mir).

Fast Payment System (FPS) – available for clients of Russian banks that support the technology.

In installments – the ability to split the payment into 4 parts without overpayments. Detailed conditions can be found on the Dolyame website.

 

All payments are protected, card data is not stored in our system. If you have any questions about payment, please contact our support.

After payment confirmation, the order is transferred for delivery within 1–2 working days. If you have any questions, write to us.
