PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

KATCH BRAND TRADING - FZCO (Registration Number: 73087, License Number: 75089) uses your personal data to provide access to the website https://katch.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site, Store) and provide services in accordance with the Public Offer. Unless otherwise specified in this Policy, terms have the same meanings as in the Public Offer.

  • Personal Data (PD) – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • PD Processing – any action with personal data (collection, storage, use, transfer, etc.).
  • Cookies – small pieces of data stored on the user's device.
  • Data Operator – LLC "KATCH BRAND", determining the purposes and means of PD processing.
  • Data Processor – a third party processing PD on behalf of the Operator.
  • Data Subject – a user of the Site whose PD is processed.

2.1. This Policy defines the procedure for PD processing and applies to all information received when using the Site, placing an order, or subscribing to a newsletter.

2.2. Use of the Site implies unconditional consent to the Policy. In case of disagreement, the user must stop using the Site.

3.1. Provided by the user:

  • Full name, contact phone, email;
  • Delivery address;
  • Details for return (if necessary).

3.2. Automatically collected:

  • IP address, cookie data;
  • Information about the browser and device;
  • Page visit history.

3.3. Payment data:

  • Card number, expiration date (processed by Bank Tochka, we do not store them);
  • FPS data (phone number linked to the bank).
3.4. When issuing digital loyalty cards and passes for events through PassKit services (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet), we may collect and process:
  • Profile identifier on the Site;
  • Information about participation status in the loyalty program or event;
  • Date and time of card or pass issuance;
  • Technical data for generating and activating the card (including a unique card identifier linked to the user's device).
These data are used exclusively for issuing, updating, and managing digital cards/passes and do not contain payment information.

  1. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

4.1. Main purposes:

  • Order processing and fulfillment;
  • Delivery through CDEK;
  • Communication with the user (notifications, support);
  • Refunds.

4.2. Additional purposes:

  • Marketing mailings (only with consent);
  • Analytics and improvement of the Site;
  • Fraud prevention.
4.3. Issuance and management of digital loyalty cards and passes for events, including their storage in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, providing access to events, accrual, and accounting of loyalty program points.

  1. TO WHOM DO WE TRANSFER DATA?

5.1. Mandatory transfers:

  • CDEK (for delivery);
  • Bank Tochka (for payment processing);
  • Tax authorities (as required by law);
  • PassKit, Inc. (for issuing and managing digital cards/passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet) — to the extent necessary for the service to function.

5.2. Analytics services:

  • Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics (anonymous data).

5.3. Important:

  • We do not sell or transfer PD to third parties for their own purposes.

6.1. Types of cookies used:

  • Session (for cart operation);
  • Analytical (Yandex/Google);
  • Advertising (retargeting).

6.2. How to disable?

  • Through browser settings (but some Site functions may become unavailable).

  1. DATA STORAGE AND PROTECTION

7.1. Storage periods:

  • Order data – 5 years (as required by the Federal Tax Service);
  • Data for mailings – until the user unsubscribes.
Data related to the issuance of digital cards/passes are stored until the card/pass is deleted by the user or consent to their processing is revoked.

7.2. Protection measures:

  • SSL encryption;
  • Regular security checks;
  • Limited access to PD within the company.

8.1. You have the right to:

  • Request your PD;
  • Clarify or delete them;
  • Withdraw consent to processing;
  • Unsubscribe from mailings (via link in the email);
  • Request deletion of the digital card/pass and related data.
